Sheikh Faisal Sheikh Mansor (Shake)
Shake is the Managing Director of Shake Book Projects Sdn Bhd who runs Storymakers League. He has a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, USA (Class of 1996). Shake has 20 years of experience in book publishing; started off as an editor, publishing manager, self-publisher and eventually publishing service provider who has written, published, distributed and sold books to around 50 countries worldwide. He is currently the Honorary Secretary of Malaysian Book Publishers Association (MABOPA), Executive Committee member of the ASEAN Book Publishers Association and a member of Malaysia’s Music Authors’ Copyright Protection (MACP) as he has written over 60 songs to date.


Irwan Abdul Rahman (Irwan)
Irwan began creating stories at 10, ‘publishing’ his first Super Arang Man (SAM) comic books in school. Years later SAM appeared as a comic strip series in the New Straits Times, followed by various other comic series and editorial cartoons in The Malay Mail, for whom he also wrote columns and articles on entertainment, life and society. He also maintained the satire blog, What started as a dream to enable storytellers like him to make it big has now become a reality — Storymakers League — and he hopes young aspiring writers and content creators will use this channel to achieve their dreams too. With 20 years of industry experience in Advertising, Design, Media, Marketing, Social Media and Innovation, Irwan is now in Strategic Corporate Communication. He has a BSc. in Advertising Communications from University of Texas at Austin, USA.

Ahmad Azrai Ab. Halim (Azrai)
Upon graduating with a Joint Honours in Economics & Politics from the University of Wales Swansea, UK, Azrai worked in the fields of advertising and public relations for a cumulative period of five years before joining the Malaysian newspaper industry for a decade. Since 2013, he does translation, editing/writing, training and media consultancy services through his own company JernJern Enterprise. Having been a student of the piano for 29 years, Azrai continues to teach music for both children and adults, and to write about music and music-related issues to this day. Azrai also dabbles in origami and cultural-appreciation projects.
