Irwan Abdul Rahman (Irwan)
Irwan began creating stories at 10, ‘publishing’ his first Super Arang Man (SAM) comic books in school. Years later SAM appeared as a comic strip series in the New Straits Times, followed by various other comic series and editorial cartoons in The Malay Mail, for whom he also wrote columns and articles on entertainment, life and society. He also maintained the satire blog, nose4news.wordpress.com. What started as a dream to enable storytellers like him to make it big has now become a reality — Storymakers League — and he hopes young aspiring writers and content creators will use this channel to achieve their dreams too. With 20 years of industry experience in Advertising, Design, Media, Marketing, Social Media and Innovation, Irwan is now in Strategic Corporate Communication. He has a BSc. in Advertising Communications from University of Texas at Austin, USA.
